NOVELTY - A membrane assembly comprises a pure oxygen source bin, an ozone generator, and a membrane element reactor provided with a membrane module, which are connected in sequence. The membrane module is a hollow fiber membrane comprising a silica gel material as a carrier, and the surface of the membrane module is coated with an ozone catalyst, a co-catalyst and an adsorbent blended binder. The hollow fiber membrane is an antistatic silicone hollow fiber membrane having a diameter of 0.8-2 mm and a wall thickness of 0.15-0.4 mm. The ozone catalyst comprises a composition comprising transition metal oxide, oxyhydroxide powder, ferrocene and/or magnetic iron oxide. The co-catalyst comprises oxides of nickel, cobalt and/or molybdenum, or molybdenum disulfide, or co-precipitated double hydroxide of effective components of catalyst and co-catalyst. The catalyst is in the form of nanopowder, and the mass ratio of the catalyst with respect to co-catalyst is 16:1-2:1. USE - Membrane assembly is used for ozone catalytic oxidation wastewater treatment. ADVANTAGE - The membrane assembly has improved mass transfer efficiency between ozone and pollutants and catalysts, ozone utilization rate and catalytic oxidation reaction rate, and can be prepared using equipment having reduced volume, with reduced investment cost and operating cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A membrane assembly comprises a pure oxygen source bin, an ozone generator, and a membrane element reactor provided with a membrane module, which are connected in sequence. The membrane module is a hollow fiber membrane comprising a silica gel material as a carrier, and the surface of the membrane module is coated with an ozone catalyst, a co-catalyst and an adsorbent blended binder. The hollow fiber membrane is an antistatic silicone hollow fiber membrane having a diameter of 0.8-2 mm and a wall thickness of 0.15-0.4 mm. The ozone catalyst comprises a composition comprising transition metal oxide, oxyhydroxide powder, ferrocene and/or magnetic iron oxide. The co-catalyst comprises oxides of nickel, cobalt and/or molybdenum, or molybdenum disulfide, or co-precipitated double hydroxide of effective components of catalyst and co-catalyst. The catalyst is in the form of nanopowder, and the mass ratio of the catalyst with respect to co-catalyst is 16:1-2:1. The adsorbent comprises a composition comprising a coconut shell or nut shell activated carbon powder, hydroxy- or carboxy-functionalized carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide, acid-alkali diatomaceous earth and/or nitrogen carbide powder, which are modified by acid and alkali. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the membrane assembly, which involves performing (i) surface modification of the silica organic hollow fiber membrane, sealing two ends of the membrane, immersing the membrane in 2-4 mol/L sodium hydroxide concentrated lye for 2-4 hours and rinsing the surface of the membrane with deionized water until the pH reaches 7, taking (ii) certain mass ratio of catalyst or co-catalyst powder according to the total solid content of 4-20%, dispersing in deionized water under strong agitation to obtain a suspension and ultrasonically-dispersing for 10-30 minutes to obtain a coating solution, and sealing (iii) both ends of the membrane and immersing in the coating solution for 4-12 hours, vertically placing in an oven at 60-80 degrees C and drying for 12-24 hours.
