NOVELTY - A graphite/modified nano-titanium dioxide sol-gel composite material preparation method involves providing titanium dioxide nanometer sol and graphene, chloroauric acid as raw material, alcohol as surfactant, 4-octyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer agent to carboxylic acid function and sodium borohydride reduction reaction to obtain modified gold nano-sol-gel; dispersing sol-gel in organic solvent and the mixture to obtain titanium dioxide sol; and taking sol and graphite gold nanosol-gel modified graphene toluene solution and dispersing uniformly to obtain composite material. USE - As graphite/modified nano-titanium dioxide sol-gel composite material preparation method (claimed) used in chemical industry, medicine and machine, catalytic reaction, molecular biology and biosensors; and in sewage treatment and air purification. ADVANTAGE - The modified titanium dioxide nanometer sol-gel can uniformly scatter on surface of graphite alkene without any agglomeration. The composite material has good sensitivity and hence can be used in chemical industry, medicine and machines. The mercapto carboxylic acid gold nanoparticles with absorption function easily absorbs titanium dioxide nanometer particles so the charge between the mercapto carboxylic acid as modifying agent can better balance gold nanometer particle and titanium dioxide nanoparticles and keep even dispersion of the modified titanium dioxide nanometer aerosol particle size distribution more uniform after external stimulus. The material exhibits improved chemical and thermal stability. The method is convenient, fast and suitable for large scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphite/modified nano-titanium dioxide sol-gel composite material preparation method involves providing titanium dioxide nanometer sol and graphene, chloroauric acid as raw material, alcohol as surfactant, 4-octyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer agent to carboxylic acid function and sodium borohydride reduction reaction to obtain modified gold nano-sol-gel; dispersing titanium dioxide nanometer sol-gel in organic solvent and the mixture to obtain the gold nano sol-gel modified titanium dioxide sol; and taking gold nano sol-gel modified titanium dioxide sol and graphite gold nanosol-gel modified graphene toluene solution, and after dispersing uniformly, obtaining graphene/titanium dioxide sol modified composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphite/modified nano titanium dioxide sol-gel composite material, comprising modified titanium dioxide nanometer sol-gel and graphite alkene, where the modified titanium dioxide nanometer sol is dispersed in the surface of graphite alkene, where the modified titanium dioxide nanometer sol includes titanium dioxide nanometer sol, mercaptocarboxylic acid.
