NOVELTY - Preparing smart response graphene-based separation membrane comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphene in an organic solvent to obtain graphene-based organic solvent dispersion, adding monomer/initiator, transferring into dibromic bottle, reacting in an oil bath environment, removing oxygen, unreacted monomer, initiator and ungrafted polymer on the graphene substrate layer and freeze-drying to obtain polymer/graphene composite material, uniformly dispersing in solvent, and vacuum filtration using micro-filtration membrane as a substrate. USE - The smart response graphene-based separation membrane is useful in separation of mixed molecules. ADVANTAGE - The separation membrane: has strong sensitivity to external stimulus; can regulate the pore size by external stimulation; has high mechanical performance and environmental stability; has conveniently controllable thickness; and has easy large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing smart response graphene-based separation membrane comprises (a) ultrasonically dispersing graphene in an organic solvent, dispersion configured to obtain 0.1-5 mg/ml graphene-based organic solvent dispersion (b) adding monomer/initiator into the dispersion in a mass ratio of 100:0.5-100:1.5, transferring the mixed solution to dibromic bottle, reacting for 6-24 hours at 55-70 degrees C in an oil bath environment, removing oxygen, unreacted monomer, initiator and ungrafted polymer on the graphene substrate layer and freeze-drying to obtain polymer/graphene composite material and (c) uniformly dispersing the composite material in solvent A, preparing 0.1-2 mg/ml dispersion, using micro-filtration membrane as a substrate and vacuum filtration.
