NOVELTY - A crack-resistant concrete comprises 2-3 kg/m3 shrinkage-reducing and toughening agent obtained by mixing polyether methyl diethoxysilane and graphene oxide in mass ratio of 1:0.5, and 2-3 kg/m3 absorbing material. The absorbing material is prepared using mixture of barium-iron oxide-loaded halloysite nanotube, methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, polypropylene, iron-doped zinc oxide nanomaterial and 3-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane. USE - Crack-resistant concrete (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The concrete has excellent crack resistance and compressive strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A crack-resistant concrete comprises 2-3 kg/m3 shrinkage-reducing and toughening agent obtained by mixing polyether methyl diethoxysilane and graphene oxide in mass ratio of 1:0.5, and 2-3 kg/m3 absorbing material. The absorbing material is prepared by mixing 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. barium-iron oxide (BaFe12O19)-loaded halloysite nanotube and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane at room temperature for 2 hours, adding 10 pts. wt. polypropylene, stirring for 3 hours, adding 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. dielectric loss-type nanocomposite and 0.3 pt. wt. 3- (2,3-epoxypropyl)propyltrimethoxysilane, stirring for 1 hour, adding 10-15 pts. wt. polypropylene, stirring for 2 hours, adding 1.5-2 pts. wt. iron-doped zinc oxide nanomaterial and 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. 3-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane, stirring for 1.5 hours, heating to 110-115 degrees C, extruding at 175-185 degrees C and 75-85 rpm, and pulverizing to particle size of 120-200 mesh. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of crack-resistant concrete.
