NOVELTY - Graphene/PVC antistatic composite material comprises a PVC substrate and a graphene antistatic coating attached to the PVC substrate by spraying, where the graphene antistatic coating comprises 45-50 pts. wt. plasticizer, 48-54 pts. wt. PVC ultrafine powder or PVC paste resin, and 1-2 pts. wt. graphene. USE - As graphene/PVC antistatic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material does not use volatile solvent, has a low total amount of graphene, excellent antistatic performance under the premise of maintaining the original mechanical properties of PVC, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite material, comprising (a) adding graphene powder to the plasticizer, and stirring with a high-speed homogenizer for 20-120 minutes, or ultrasonically processing with an ultrasonic disperser for 30-90 minutes to obtain a uniformly dispersed graphene dispersion, (b) slowly adding the PVC ultrafine powder or PVC paste resin to the graphene dispersion, and stirring with a high-speed homogenizer for 10-40 minutes, and statically plasticizing for 6-24 hours to obtain a graphene antistatic coating, (c) spraying the graphene antistatic coating on the PVC substrate using a high-pressure spray gun to form an antistatic coating having a thickness of 1-50 mu m to obtain a sample, and (d) placing the sample obtained in the step (c) in a drying oven and baking at 140-180 degrees C for 20-40 minutes.
