▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Plate shape ceramics-less-layer Graphene composite comprises small plate (platelet) of FLG which are distributed between layer which is selected from plate shape aluminum oxide and plate shape aluminum nitride of ceramics, and graphene oxide layer is distributed on surface of FLG (less-layer Graphene). USE - Plate shape ceramics-less-layer Graphene composite. ADVANTAGE - The plate shape ceramics-less-layer Graphene composite has excellent mechanical property, high dielectric constant and resistivity, and reduces low manufacturing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing plate shape ceramics-less-layer Graphene composite, which involves: (A) dispersing powder which is selected from plate shape aluminum oxide and plate shape aluminum nitride into polar solvent and forming slurry; (B) mixing FLG (less-layer Graphene) with slurry; (C) crushing using satellite mill and mixing peel in mixed slurry; drying mixed slurry using satellite mill; and (D) sintering outcome dried by using the hot press in the inert gas atmosphere to obtain ceramics-FLG composite.
