▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The material has a composite graphene layer (100) sequentially including a first graphene layer (200), a porous material layer (300) and a second graphene layer (400). The porous material layer is filled with acidified graphene. Thickness of the composite graphene layer is 70 ~ 500 m. The porous material layer comprises a porous ceramic and a molecularly imprinted polymer. The first graphene layer and the second graphene layer comprise oxidation graphene and cellulose, where the cellulose is adsorbed on a surface of the oxidation graphene. USE - Composite thermal interface material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent heat conductivity and thermal conductivity, and can be easily and economically manufactured with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: a method for preparing a composite thermal interface material; and a composite thermal interface material application method.
