NOVELTY - The assembly has a light emitting wavelength adjustable graphene LED chip for emitting different wavelength light of first and second LED light sources. Multiple wavelength adjustable point is obtained by adjusting a gate voltage of the graphene LED chip. Wave points of two wavelength LED primary light sources are arranged together to form light source component gamut range points. The graphene LED chip is provided with a light cup of a LED packaging bracket. USE - Light source assembly for an LCD device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wave points of two wavelength LED primary light sources are arranged together to form triangular-shaped occupied area of color gamut display range.
