NOVELTY - Modifying room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber with graphene oxide-nano-silica composite by synergistically comprises (i) adding nano silica powder into water, and ultrasonic dispersing to obtain aqueous silicon dioxide dispersion, adding graphene oxide into the water and ultrasonic dispersing to obtain aqueous graphene oxide dispersion, mixing the aqueous silicon dioxide dispersion with aqueous graphene oxide dispersion and ultrasonic dispersing to obtain mixed solution, centrifuging the mixture to remove the supernatant, collecting the precipitate and lyophilizing to obtain graphene oxide-nano-silica composite, and (ii) adding graphene oxide-nano-silica composite into cyclohexane, ultrasonic dispersing, adding room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and curing agent and mixing, carrying out film formation at room temperature and modifying room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber with graphene oxide-nano-silica composite synergistically to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for modifying room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber with graphene oxide-nano-silica composite by synergistically. ADVANTAGE - The method: improve the room-temperature vulcanized silicon rubber mechanical performance; and improves the heat resistance of vulcanized silicon rubber.
