▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing flexible electrothermal super-hydrophobic layer polydimethylsiloxane-titanium dioxide-graphene fiber comprises (i) pre-processing steel sheet substrate by polishing and rust removing, ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing, acid washing and activating, (ii) preparing graphene fiber (GFs), (iii) adding graphene fiber in the dispersant TX-100 (Non-ionic surfactant), adding acetone, then adding epoxy resin and stirring, vacuum drying in oven at 70-120℃ for 1-4 hours to remove the redundant acetone, then adding hardening agent and antifoaming agent, stirring uniformly, spraying on the steel sheet base body to obtain the electric heating layer, and (iv) dispersing the titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles in ethyl acetate, then adding polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and curing agent, stirring to obtain the mixture, spraying, and curing in the oven to obtain the electro-thermal super-hydrophobic layer polydimethylsiloxane-titanium dioxide-graphene fiber. USE - Preparation method of flexible electro-thermal super-hydrophobic layer polydimethylsiloxane-titanium dioxide-graphene fiber is used in outdoor high voltage antenna, high tower or high-altitude aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The method introduces graphene fibers with excellent conductivity to form a conductive network in epoxy resin, and melts the ice layer formed on the surface through joule heat under the action of electric current. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the prepared flexible electrothermal super-hydrophobic layer polydimethylsiloxane-titanium dioxide-graphene fiber.
