NOVELTY - A curable ink comprises 30-40 pts. wt. ink base solution, 0.8-1 pt. wt. antistatic agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. wetting slip agent, 1-3 pts. wt. adhesion enhancer, 2-4 pts. wt. nano-material suspension, 0.7-1.1 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. leveling agent, 6-8 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 8-12 pts. wt. colorant, 6-8 pts. wt. isoamyl alcohol, 4-6 pts. wt. glycol ether acetate and 1-3 pts. wt. filler. USE - Curable ink. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly and stable curable ink has excellent adhesion, high-temperature resistance, enhanced oxidation resistance, prolonged shelf-life and quick drying effect, and is prepared by simple, reliable and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of curable ink, which involves (1) taking above mentioned raw materials, (2) adding ink base liquid, wetting slip agent and colorant to reaction kettle, heating at 75 degrees C and stirring at 200 rpm for 15 minutes, and adjusting pH of mixed solution to 7.5-8 to obtain mixed solution (A), (3) adding coupling agent, graphene and filler to reaction kettle and stirring for 15 minutes at 70 degrees C to obtain mixture (B), (4) mixing mixed solution (A), antistatic agent, antioxidant, adhesion enhancer, nano-suspension, defoamer and leveling agent, heating at 65 degrees C under nitrogen atmosphere for 35 minutes to obtain mixed oil (C), (5) adding isoamyl alcohol, glycol ether acetate, mixture (B), mixture (C) and photoinitiator to ultrasonic dispersion device, ultrasonically dispersing with frequency 20 kHz for 11 minutes, heating at 75 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding to homogenizer and controlling homogenization pressure of 13 MPa, and homogenization speed of 7500 rpm for 8 minutes at 80 degrees C.
