NOVELTY - Preparation of composite graphite bipolar plate comprises mixing resin with auxiliary conductive filler to obtain first mixture, dry mixing expanded graphite with first mixture to obtain second mixture, pressing second mixture in low-density prefabricated board with preset thickness and shape, transporting low-density prefabricated plate to molding machine, compressing thickness of low-density prefabricated plate to set value after pressure application, pressing required flow field on upper surface or lower surface to obtain semi-finished monopole plate, heating monopole plate, vacuumizing in impregnation device, adding impregnating agent until the monopole plate is completely submerged, pressurizing, impregnating, coating monopole plate with resin adhesive by screen printing technology, heating, molding, bonding hydrogen flow field monopole plate and oxygen flow field monopole plate to form bipolar plate, heating bipolar plate, curing adhesive, solidifying and performing insulation. USE - The method is for preparation of composite graphite bipolar plate. ADVANTAGE - The method shortens processing cycle and reduces production cost. The bipolar plate has excellent conductivity, density, air tightness, mechanical light, corrosion resistance and other performance indicators. The resin is epoxy resin, polyacrylic acid resin, phenolic resin, polyimide resin and/or fluorocarbon resin. The auxiliary conductive filler is carbon fibers, carbon microspheres, carbon nanotubes, graphene and/or carbon black. The semi-finished monopole plate comprises hydrogen flow field monopole plate and oxygen flow field monopole plate.
