▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing halogen-free flame retardant polyamide 66 composite material involves (a) stirring dried polyamide 66resin, melamine cyanurate, graphene, and multi-wall carbon nanotubes and mixing at high speed, (b) feeding the above-mentioned mixed material into the twin-screw extruder through a loss-in-weight metering feeder, and the feeding speed is adjusted to 210-280 rpm, the content of melamine cyanurate is controlled at 6-15%, the temperature of each stage of the twin-screw extruder from the feeding port to the die head is 210degrees Celsius, 260degrees Celsius, 260degrees Celsius, 260degrees Celsius, 260degrees Celsius, 250degrees Celsius, 250degrees Celsius, 250degrees Celsius, 250degrees Celsius, the screw speed is 220-320 rpm, under the conveying and shearing action of the twin-screw extruder, fully melting and plasticizing, mixing, extruding through the die, stretching, cooling, pelletizing, drying, and finally packaging to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing halogen-free flame retardant polyamide 66 composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prevents overflow of flammable or toxic gases formed by polymer decomposition and entry of external heat and oxygen, ensures excellent carbon formation, excellent flame retardant effect, mechanical properties, high flame-retardant efficiency, halogen-free, low smoke, low toxicity, anti-drip, and excellent processing performance, and is simple to opertae.
