▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of composite material, involves drying and dehumidifying graphene-doped graphite, mixing with phenolic resin, mixing obtained mixture with degummed and dispersed carbon fibers, and hot-pressing to obtain graphite/carbon fiber/phenol resin hot-pressed blank, heating blank in high-temperature carbonization furnace under the protection of argon and carrying out chemical vapor infiltration to increase the temperature by gradient to obtain carbon/carbon composite perform, using gaseous hydrocarbon as precursor gases, exposing surface of the carbon/carbon composite preform to high-temperature thermally decomposed hydrocarbon atmosphere, and depositing pyrolytic carbon by high temperature gradient deposition. USE - Preparation of composite material for hydrometallurgical cathode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene-doped carbon/carbon composite material having excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and high strength by simple process using easily controllable process parameters.
