NOVELTY - Composite conductive ink film comprises 10-35 pts. wt. film forming resin, 5-12 pts. wt. mixture of flaky silver powder and nano silver powder, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. mixture graphene and oxidized graphite, 0.005-0.1 pts. wt. copper and 50-75 pts. wt. ethanediol. USE - Composite conductive ink film. ADVANTAGE - The composite conductive ink film has excellent conductivity, oxidation resistance and 75m or less surface resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing conductive ink film, which includes: (A) thermally-depositing copper metal layer on substrate; (B) preparing resin solution of film-forming resin, and adding with mixture of flaky silver powder and nano-silver powder, mixture of graphene and oxidized graphene and additive under stirring, and crushing to obtain mixture; (C) pre-dispersing the mixture to obtain conductive ink paste; and (D) coating the obtained conductive ink paste on the substrate, and curing to obtain the composite conductive ink film.
