NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by mechanical stretching comprises (i) dissolving under room temperature polyvinylpyrrolidone with glycerol and stirring, (ii) adding the obtained adhesive material to the colloid mill, and slowly adding the graphite, continuing to run the colloid mill, milling and separating, (iii) keeping the colloid mill, adding adhesive material again and preventing the adhesive material of obtained graphene to agglomerate during the grinding process, and (iv) dissolving, washing the obtained graphene with water, removing and heating and drying the obtained graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene by mechanical stretching (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene by mechanical stretching comprises (i) dissolving under room temperature polyvinylpyrrolidone with glycerol, and stirring to obtain adhesive material, (ii) adding the obtained adhesive material to the colloid mill, starting to run the colloid mill, and slowly adding the graphite, continuing to run the colloid mill, milling and separating the graphite, (iii) keeping the colloid mill continuously running, adding adhesive material again every 30-60 minutes and preventing the adhesive material of obtained graphene to agglomerate during the grinding process, and (iv) dissolving the obtained graphene and adhesive material in water, washing the obtained graphene with water, removing the adhesive material, and heating and drying the obtained graphene.
