NOVELTY - A graphene pattern on nonmetallic surface writing method involves preparing flexible transparent substrate, spin-coating solid organic carbon source uniformly onto surface of flexible transparent substrate at specified rotating speed and spin-coating time using spin coater, obtaining uniform carbon coating, moving ultrashort pulsed laser beam in accordance with designed pattern on carbon coating surface under protection of inert gas such that carbon coating is irradiated and forming predetermined pattern of graphene on surface of flexible transparent substrate. USE - Method for directly writing graphene pattern on nonmetallic surface. ADVANTAGE - The method enables directly writing graphene pattern on nonmetallic surface by utilizing laser having high power density, rapid heating and cooling characteristics and forming predetermined pattern of graphene and achieving graphene growth at short period of time.
