▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polymer complex material with excellent heat conducting performance at room temperature, and flame retardant property at high temperature comprises 75-80 pts. wt. thermoplastic polymer resin, 15-20 pts. wt. intumescent flame retardant, 0.1-5 pts. wt. synergistic flame retardant, and 0.1-5 pts. wt. thermal conductive filler. USE - Used as polymer complex material with excellent heat conducting performance at room temperature, and flame retardant property at high temperature. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent heat conducting performance at room temperature, and has excelelnt flame retardant property at high temperature, oxygen index about 40.5%, the flame retardant grade about UL94 V0 grade, and the thermal conductivity of the complex material about 1.34W/m1k1 at room temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polymer complex material comprising (i) preparing each raw material component, (ii) drying the prepared raw material components in an oven at 60-100 degrees C for 12 hours, (iii) taking the thermoplastic polymer resin according to the proportion, synergistic flame retardant graphene oxide modified tin oxide, expansion type flame retardant, and heat conducting filler, mixing for 10-30 minutes in the high speed mixer, and mixing uniformly to obtain the mixture, and (iv) melting and mixing the obtained mixture in a extruder, extruding at 160-200 degrees C under 60-80 rotations/minute (rpm), granulating, drying, and tableting.
