NOVELTY - Aqueous floor paint comprises compositions A, B and C. Component A comprises 80-90 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin curing agent, 50-80 pts. wt. water, 3-5 pts. wt. preservative, 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous annular resin and 3-10 pts. wt. defoaming agent. Component B comprises 40-50 pts. wt. water-based modified epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. water-based hyperbranched resin, 1-3 pts. wt. preservative, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 4-10 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-9 pts. wt. active diluent, 4-8 pts. wt. surface modifier, 10-15 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent, 3-9 pts. wt. water-based defoamer, 1-6 pts. wt. flatting agent, 2-8 pts. wt. cardanol formaldehyde polycondensate, 1-2 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, 0.5-1 pts. wt. formaldehyde and 60-70 pts. wt. pure water. Component C comprises 10-20 pts. wt. water-based epoxy resin curing agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. scratch-resistant agent and 2-3 pts. wt. base material wetting agent. USE - As water-based epoxy floor paint. ADVANTAGE - The water-based epoxy floor paint has improved quick drying effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPEDNET CLAIM is included for the preparation of water-based epoxy floor paint. The method involves: 1) mixing water-based epoxy resin curing agent, water, preservative, water-based ring resin 1 and defoaming agent, at normal temperature, and uniformly stirring at speed 150 rotations/minute to form component A which is subjected to vacuum packaging treatment; 2) mixing 75 % cardanol xylene solution and formaldehyde into three-neck flask having stirrer, thermometer and reflux condenser, and heating to 85degrees Celsius for 50 minutes, dropwise adding preset amount of diethylenetriamine, heating and refluxing for 20-25 minutes, removing water, followed by cooling to form cardanol formaldehyde diethylenetriamine; and 3) mixing water-based modified epoxy resin, water-based hyperbranched resin, superfine light calcium carbonate powder, modified filler, linoleic acid, graphene, dispersant, wetting agent, surfactant, active diluent, surface modifier, epoxy curing agent, water-based defoaming agent, leveling agent, kaolin and pure water, at speed 700 rotations/minute, adding cardanol formal diethylenetriamine, followed by continuously stirring to form component B which is subjected to vacuum packaging treatment; and 4) mixing waterborne epoxy resin curing agent, scratch resistance agent and base material wetting agent and at speed 100 rotations/minute to form component C subjected to vacuum packaging treatment.
