NOVELTY - High flame retardant biomass-based modified polylactic acid film material comprises 75-88 pts. wt. DL-lactide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 4.5-8 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 2-5 pts. wt. phytic acid modified graphene, 3-7 pts. wt. chitosan, and 2-4 pts. wt. melamine. USE - Used as a high flame retardant biomass-based modified polylactic acid film material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves compatibility and enhances the flame retardant properties of film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high flame-retardant biomass-based modified polylactic acid film material comprising (1) adding 2-5 pts. wt. phytic acid modified graphene to ethanol solvent, performing uniform ultrasonic dispersion, adding 2-4 pts. wt. melamine, heating to 85-110 degrees C, reacting for 5-10 hours, removing the solvent, washing and drying to prepare phytic acid melamine salt modified graphene, (2) adding phytic acid melamine salt modified graphene and 3-7 pts. wt. chitosan to the acetic acid solution with concentration of 1-4%, heating to 40-50 degrees C, stirring at constant speed for 1-2 hours, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust the solution to 8-9, adding 4.5-8 pts. wt. crosslinking agent epichlorohydrin, heating to 70-80 degrees C, reacting for 5-8 hours, vacuum drying the solution to remove the solvent, adding distilled water solvent for centrifugal washing to prepare phytic acid-chitosan crosslinked biomass-based graphene, and (3) adding biomass-based graphene to the dimethyl sulfoxide solvent, heating to 90-120 degrees C under nitrogen atmosphere and stirring evenly, adding 75-88 pts. wt. DL-lactide and 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst stannous octoate, reacting for 20-25 hours, cooling the solution, adding distilled water until there is a large amount of precipitation, filtering, washing, drying, placing solid product n a twin screw extruder, melting, blending at 160-180 degrees C, maintaining discharge temperature at 190-210 degrees C, and casting into film.
