▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing elastic yarn with electromagnetic shielding function with negative Poisson's ratio effect comprises (i) coating the conductive particle solution on the surface of the low modulus fiber, and then spirally wrapping the high modulus fiber on the surface of the low modulus fiber, where, the low modulus fiber has conductivity, (ii) sending the complex fiber into the texturing machine, holding the two ends of the complex fiber when passing through the false twisting disc (13), and false twisting in the middle, and (iii) performing hot-press drafting on the twisted yarn to obtain the elastic yarn with electromagnetic shielding function having a negative Poisson's ratio effect. USE - The method is useful for preparing elastic yarn with electromagnetic shielding function with negative Poisson's ratio effect. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic shielding yarn has excellent mechanical properties e.g. impact resistance, fracture resistance and toughness, the prepared conductive swelling complex material has good application prospects in the fields of stretchable electromagnetic shielding materials and wave-absorbing materials.
