▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene loaded thiadiazole complex containing vanillin active group comprises vanillin-(5-(p-methylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-mercapto)-acetylhydrazone for chemical loading on graphene molecular layer containing functional active sites forming complex. USE - The complex is useful as rust inhibitor and protecting seawater corrosive media (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The complex: has wide source, easy production, high efficiency, strong continuous action, inhibits the corrosion and damage of carbon steel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) preparing the graphene loaded thiadiazole complex containing vanillin active group, comprising (i) adding the graphite mass fraction is 35% concentrated sulfuric acid mixed system in the graphite mass ratio of 1:1.1 potassium permanganate, inserting layer peeling by sulfate-and permanganate(VII) ion-activated oxide single molecule layer to obtain monolayer graphene oxide aqueous suspension, (ii) taking obtained graphene oxide aqueous suspension, adding to vanillin-(5-(p-methylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-mercapto)-acetylhydrazone in a mass ratio of 1:4, grafting by protonating and adding excessive glucose reduction to obtain graphene-supported thiadiazole complex containing vanillin reactive group; and (2) use of graphene loaded thiadiazole complex containing vanillin active group for in the corrosion of seawater or sodium chloride media having a pH of 9.5-13.5 for the corrosion resistance of carbon steel in concrete and steel product.
