NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene activated carbon composite super capacitor electrode material, involves adding graphene oxide into deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, carrying out centrifugation, discarding insoluble precipitate, concentrating to obtain thick slurry, adding thick slurry to egg white foam, stirring and forming a pale brown foam mixture, drying, heating, calcining, cooling to obtain graphene-activated carbon precursor, mixing with potassium hydroxide, and calcining, cooling to neutral with hydrochloric acid, washing with deionized water, filtering and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene activated carbon composite super capacitor electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene activated carbon composite can provide high power double and pseudo capacitance while having higher electron and ionic conductivity, and also having superior structural toughness so as to improve the full range of volume of capacitor, rate and cycle life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene activated carbon composite super capacitor electrode material, involves stirring 10 mL fresh egg into a container for 30 minutes to form thick egg white foam, adding 0.01 g graphene oxide into 100 mL deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes, carrying out centrifugation at a rate of 12000 rpm/minute, discarding insoluble precipitate, concentrating the supernatant by rotary evaporation to obtain thick slurry of 15 mL, adding thick slurry to egg white foam, stirring for 120 minutes and forming a pale brown foam mixture, drying mixture at 60 degrees C, then transferring into a tube furnace, heating under an inert atmosphere at 500-800 degrees C and carrying out calcination for 0.5-4 hours to obtain carbonized product, then cooling to obtain graphene-activated carbon precursor, mixing the graphene-activated carbon precursor with potassium hydroxide, transferring into a nickel crucible under an inert atmosphere and carrying out calcination at 500-800 degrees C for 0.5-4 hours, cooling to neutral with hydrochloric acid and washing with deionized water, then filtering and drying.
