▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Rice husk is mixed with sodium persulfate solution, heated, calcined, immersed in hydrochloric acid solution and filtered, to obtain modified carbonized rice husk. Modified carbonized rice husk, diatomaceous earth and graphene are ground, sieved, calcined, pulverized and sieved, to obtain ceramic membrane support. Ceramic membrane support, distilled water and polyvinyl alcohol are stirred, and sodium lauryl sulfate and chitosan are added to mixture, stirred and placed in coater, to form wet film. The wet film is heated and cooled, to obtain composite sterilization ceramic film. USE - Preparation of composite sterilization ceramic film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite ceramic film having excellent filtering characteristics with respect to particles of 2.5 m or less in air, filtration rate of more than 97%, sterilization rate of 98% or more, longitudinal tensile strength of 170 MPa or more and transverse tensile strength of 40MPa or more. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Rice husk is mixed with 5% sodium persulfate solution such that the solid-liquid ratio is 1:3, placed in ultrasonic oscillator, ultrasonically processed at 55-58 kHz for 15-25 minutes, heated at 80-85 degrees C for 40-45 minutes and filtered. The residue is washed with distilled water until neutral, washed with 0.8-1.2% sodium carbonate, evenly stirred, placed in calciner and calcined at 600-700 degrees C for 1.5-2.5 hours. After calcination, the furnace is cooled to room temperature, and the calcined substance is taken out and immersed in 1.2 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, placed in microwave oven, heated at 300-400 W for 30-35 minutes and filtered. The residue is washed with distilled water to neutral, to obtain modified carbonized rice husk. 42-46 pts. wt. Modified carbonized rice husk, 26-32 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth and 16-18 pts. wt. graphene are placed in mill, ground, sieved to 200 mesh, and sieved granules are placed in calciner, processed under helium atmosphere, calcined at 1600-1800 degrees C for 2-3 hours in furnace, cooled to room temperature, and calcined material is taken out, pulverized and sieved to 300 mesh, to obtain ceramic membrane support. 48-52 pts. wt. Ceramic membrane support, 60-63 pts. wt. distilled water and 18-23 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol are added to mixer, stirred at 45-50 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and 12-14 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate and 6-8 pts. wt. chitosan are added to mixture and stirred for 46-52 minutes, to obtain film-forming solution. The film-forming solution is placed in coater, to form wet film with thickness of 50-60 m. The wet film is naturally dried for 15-18 hours, placed in oven, dried at 90-105 degrees C for 7-8 hours, placed in muffle furnace, heated at 770-820 degrees C and 2-3 degrees C/minute for 1-2 hours, heated at 1050-1100 degrees C and 3-4 degrees C/minute for 2-3 hours and naturally cooled to room temperature, to obtain composite sterilization ceramic film.
