NOVELTY - Wear-resistant brake friction material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 4-12 pts. wt. nitrile butadiene rubber, 15-24 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 5-16 pts. wt. mullite, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene, 10-18 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 10-18 pts. wt. monocrystalline silicon and 0.5-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Used as wear-resistant brake friction material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing wear-resistant brake friction material, comprising (1) mixing basalt fiber, mullite, graphene, silicon carbide and monocrystalline silicon and grinding to a particle size of less than 50 meshes, adding silane coupling agent, then reacting under stirring condition to obtain silane-modified mixed powder, and (2) mixing uniformly the silane-modified mixed powder with phenolic resin and nitrile butadiene rubber particles, and hot pressing solidifying molding to obtain final product.
