NOVELTY - The method for preparation of high fluorescent quantum yield sulfur-nitrogen co-doped carbon point, involves using hydrochloric acid-thiol and graphene oxide solution as precursor, carrying out hydrothermal reaction in hydrothermal reaction kettle at 100-150 degrees C to prepare high fluorescent quantum yield, sulfur-nitrogen co-doped carbon point. USE - Method for preparation of high fluorescent quantum yield sulfur-nitrogen co-doped carbon point (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of high fluorescent quantum yield sulfur-nitrogen co-doped carbon point having simple operation and ensures environmental protection.
