▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion method for metal down-conductor of graphite-based grounding grid, involves (i) performing excavation which exposes the metal down conductor, and removing surface dust and corrosion, (ii) excavating a pit, and continuously excavating a groove between metal down-conductor and the metal down-conductor, placing sacrificial anode in pit, placing cable in groove, connecting cable to sacrificial anode and metal down-conductor, and burying cable and sacrificial anode, (iii) applying 2 layers of silicone rubber coating on metal down-conductor, cable connection parts, and crimping parts of graphite grounding grid and metal down-conductor, (iv) covering silicone rubber coating with polyethylene isolation film, wrapping silicone rubber coating and polyethylene isolation film, and covering crimping parts of graphite grounding grid and the metal down-conductor, and (v) leading metal down-conducting wire for soil filling to prevent vibration and impact damage caused by backfilling. USE - Anti-corrosion method for metal down-conductors of graphite-based grounding grid. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures excellent anti-corrosion effect of the metal down-conductor of the graphite-based grounding grid, simple construction and convenient maintenance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anti-corrosion method for metal down-conductors of graphite-based grounding grid based on the joint protection of sacrificial anodes and silicone rubber coatings, involves (i) performing excavation which exposes the metal down conductor, and removing surface dust and corrosion, (ii) excavating a pit with a depth of 0.7-1.2 m at a distance of 0.5-2 m from the metal down-conductor, and continuously excavating a groove between the metal down-conductor and the metal down-conductor, placing sacrificial anode in the pit, placing the cable in the groove, connecting the cable to the sacrificial anode and the metal down-conductor, and burying the cable and the sacrificial anode, (iii) applying 2 layers of silicone rubber coating on the metal down-conductor, cable connection parts, and the crimping parts of the graphite grounding grid and the metal down-conductor, where each layer of brushing should be even, thoughtful, not exposed, and not piled up, and applying more than 2-3 layers to the crimping part, (iv) covering the silicone rubber coating with polyethylene isolation film, tightly wrapping the silicone rubber coating and the polyethylene isolation film, in which bottom exposure, bubbles, and cavities are not allowed, and covering the crimping parts of the graphite grounding grid and the metal down-conductor with 1-2 layers more, and (v) leading the metal down-conducting wire for soil filling to prevent vibration and impact damage caused by backfilling.
