NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a raw material. A graphite paper is cut into an electrode sheet. Air pressure is controlled as negative pressure. An electrochemical swelling of flocculent graphite intercalation compound is placed in a low pressure swelling container under the low pressure instantaneous heating expansion peeling. A product is filtered and cleaned after swelling, remove agent of a residue. The cleaned raw material is put into a colloid mill device for grinding, after grinding, sieving with 100-400 meshes sieve. A grinded product is transferred into the ultrasonic machine. A dry cleaned precipitate is dried in the dry. Powder is put after finishing the dry in the puffing machine for microwave puffing and obtaining high-purity graphene. USE - Method for preparing a graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene, which has high quality, high purity, high heat-conducting graphite paper and ultra-flexible graphite papers, improves efficiency of an electrochemical expansion and reduces a layer number of a graphite by secondary microwave puffing, thus realizing a less layer number graphene peeling. The method enables controlling a number of peeling, which is better for controlling shape, improves quality of the graphene and controls air pressure as negative pressure, thus controlling a number and shape of a peeling for limiting a rule.
