NOVELTY - Preparation of aza graphene comprises adding water to graphene oxide at mass-volume ratio of (10-90) mg: (10-80) mL, processing in ultrasonic generator for 1-3 hours, adding into reaction kettle, reacting while stirring at 150-200 degrees C for 5-24 hours, suction-filtering, washing and vacuum-drying at 30-60 degrees C for 12-24 hours. USE - Method for preparing aza graphene used for palladium-loaded aza graphene catalyst for carbon-carbon coupling catalyst in synthesis of biphenyl (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has higher catalytic activity and stability. The method avoids using high temperature and high pressure, and easily adjusts content of nitrogen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of palladium-loaded aza graphene catalyst comprising taking aza reduced graphene oxide and water at mass-volume ratio of (5-100) mg: (10-200) mL, dispersing, processing in ultrasonic generator for 1 hour, stirring 0-0.84 mL palladium chloride aqueous solution at room temperature for 10-120 minutes, adding into reaction kettle, reacting while stirring at 20-50 degrees C and 0.5-3 MPa for 2-12 hours under hydrogen gas atmosphere, suction-filtering, water washing and vacuum-drying at 30-80 degrees C for 12-24 hours.
