NOVELTY - Preparing epoxy resin composite thermal conducting sheet, comprises (i) mixing the fluorinated graphene heat conducting film, epoxy resin, curing agent and organic solvent to obtain mixed slurry, (ii) coating the mixed slurry on substrate through slit coating machine with slit width of 20-200 microns, heating to remove organic solvent in first temperature area, heating to solidify epoxy resin in second temperature area and cooling to obtain epoxy resin composite material layer on substrate, (iii) repeating step (ii) until the thickness of epoxy resin composite material layer is not less than 3 mm, and (iv) peeling off epoxy resin composite material layer from substrate to obtain final product. USE - The epoxy resin composite thermal conducting sheet is useful in the technical field of functional sheet materials. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin composite thermal conducting sheet improves thermal-conducting performance of epoxy resin.
