NOVELTY - A ceramic comprises 40-70 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. kaolin,10-20 pts. wt. aluminum trioxide, 3-8 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 5-9 pts. wt. sand, 0.5-1 pts. wt. vermiculite powder, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc, 0.2-2 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 2-4 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 0.5-1 pts. wt. carbon nano-tube, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene micro piece, 1-3 pts. wt. boron fiber and 2-5 pts. wt. sintering auxiliary agent, where the sintering auxiliary agent comprises rare earth mixture, potassium phosphate, talcum powder, lubricant, magnesium oxide, titanium oxide and bonding agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A ceramic comprises 40-70 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. kaolin, 10-20 pts. wt. aluminum trioxide, 3-8 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 5-9 pts. wt. sand, 0.5-1 pts. wt. vermiculite powder, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc, 0.2-2 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 2-4 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 0.5-1 pts. wt. carbon nano-tube, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene micro piece, 1-3 pts. wt. boron fiber and 2-5 pts. wt. sintering auxiliary agent, where the sintering auxiliary agent comprises 3-5 pts. wt. rare earth mixture, 2-6 pts. wt. potassium phosphate, 10-15 pts. wt. talcum powder, 0.5-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-3 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. titanium oxide and 1-2 pts. wt. bonding agent, the ceramic is prepared by dispersing raw material comprising silicon dioxide, kaolin, aluminum trioxide and sodium silicate in anhydrous ethanol at a ratio of 1:30 ultrasonically for 1 hour in a ultrasonic cleaning machine to obtain a dispersing medium, ball-milling the dispersing medium in a nylon ball-milling tank for 2 hours by adding titanium pigment, red porcelain and vermiculite to obtain ball-milled product, drying the ball-milled product in a dryer at less than 60 degrees C, adding the dried product with zinc nitride, carbon fiber, carbon nanometer tube in melting process, graphene micro piece, sintering auxiliary agent and boron fiber, stirring, melting and mixing uniform to obtain a ceramic sol liquid, pouring ceramic sol liquid into a molding machine to prepare ceramic with different specification size, cooling the ceramic to 60 degrees C naturally, hardening by annealing after transferring the ceramic in an annealing kiln by using conveyor, heating the annealed ceramic in a steel box to 750-900 degrees C, stopping heating, transferring cold air from each direction, cooling the resultant ceramic naturally, hardening and taking out from hardening tank to obtain finished product.
