▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of magnesium alloy-based layered composite material involves dispersing (1) carboxylated graphene in a solvent to obtain graphene dispersion, dispersing carbon nanotubes in the solvent to obtain carbon nanotube dispersion, sequentially spray-depositing (2) the carbon nanotube dispersion, graphene dispersion and carbon nanotube dispersion on the surface of a magnesium foil to obtain a magnesium-based composite sheet comprising an injection layer, crushing the magnesium-based composite sheet into layered elements, placing the layered elements in a mold, and sequentially performing vacuum hot-pressing sintering process and hot extrusion process (3). USE - Preparation of magnesium alloy-based layered composite material (claimed) used in aerospace and electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The magnesium alloy-based layered composite material has excellent mechanical property and electromagnetic shielding performance, and expands the application of the magnesium alloy in the field of electromagnetic shielding.
