▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/aluminum-magnesium alloy composite material involves dispersing 20-60 mg/mL natural graphite, 2-8 mg/mL polyvinylpyrrolidone and 0.5-3 mg/mL sodium cholate in deionized water, adding obtained mixed solvent to ice-water mixture, stirring at 5000-15000 rpm for 1-3 hours, aging for 20-30 hours to settle large particles , centrifuging obtained layered solution at 3000-6000 rpm for 20-60 minutes to remove graphite flakes which are not peeled, suction-filtering obtained clear liquid, freeze-drying to obtain powdered graphene, ultrasonically dispersing powdered graphene in ethanol, adding aluminum powder and magnesium powder, ultrasonically dispersing, mechanically stirring for 1-3 hours, placing obtained mixed solution in an oven, drying at 40-70degrees Celsius for 5-9 hours to remove ethanol, placing dried powder in a graphite mold, placing the mold in a discharge plasma sintering furnace, and sintering by spark plasma sintering method. USE - Preparation method of graphene/aluminum-magnesium alloy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient strengthening of complex component aluminum magnesium alloy, effectively solves the problem that the common reinforcing agent and the aluminum in the alloy reaction, at the same time, reduces the industrial production cost. In addition, the strengthening time of the enhancer prepared by the method is fast, and the duration is long.
