NOVELTY - Processing graphene nanofiber cotton comprises e.g. (i) mixing graphite powder and strong oxidation mixed liquid, stirring, allowing to stand, adding the primary liquid to the hydrogen peroxide, stirring evenly, allowing to stand, adding high potassium silicate powder, secondary liquid and high in secondary liquid, mixing, stirring, performing first ultrasonic vibration, and shaking, introducing chlorine gas into the third-stage liquid, reacting, allowing to stand, performing second ultrasonic vibration, shaking, centrifugal treating, and washing lower layer precipitate with deionized water, (ii) adding to polypropylene raw material, stirring and mixing, adding cubic graphene addition liquid and last addition of the graphene addition solution, stirring to obtain graphene nanofiber spinning solution, and (iii) placing into a melt extruder, heating, melting, and extruding, and introducing into a nano jet nozzle, and receiving through a conveyor network of the receiver. USE - The method is useful for processing graphene nanofiber cotton. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves performance of the final graphene nanofiber cotton products and improves use of products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing graphene nanofiber cotton comprises (i) mixing graphite powder and the strong oxidation mixed liquid in the ratio of 1:3 at a room temperature for 20-30 minutes, stirring at 88 revolutions/minutes (rpm), allowing to stand for 1 hour to obtain the primary liquid, adding the primary liquid to the hydrogen peroxide in the volume ratio of 7:5, stirring evenly for 30-60 minutes at 110 rpm, allowing to stand for 2-3 hours to obtain secondary liquid, adding high potassium silicate powder, secondary liquid and high in secondary liquid in the ratio of 3:1, mixing for 25-55 minutes at 45-50 degrees C, stirring at 135 rpm, and performing first ultrasonic vibration, and shaking for 30-40 minutes, the ultrasonic frequency is 40-60 kHZ to obtain third-stage liquid, introducing chlorine gas into the third-stage liquid in the volume ratio of 10:13, reacting for 30-90 minutes, allowing to stand for 2 hours, performing second ultrasonic vibration, shaking for 60-90 minutes, where the ultrasonic frequency is 50-77 kHZ, centrifugal treating, and washing lower layer precipitate with deionized water to obtain graphene addition liquid, (ii) adding the graphene addition liquid to the polypropylene raw material in the ratio of 1:50 for 3 times, stirring and mixing, adding same amount of cubic graphene addition liquid, the time interval between the three inputs of graphene is 30-45 minutes, and the last addition of the graphene addition solution is continued to stirring for 1-2 hours, stirring at 130-140 rpm to obtain graphene nanofiber spinning solution, and (iii) preparing graphene nanofiber cotton, placing graphene nanofiber spinning solution into a melt extruder, heating, melting, and extruding, and introducing into a nano jet nozzle, and receiving through a conveyor network of the receiver
