NOVELTY - A multilayer graphene consists of dopant in interlayer of graphene. USE - Multilayer graphene used in transparent electrode of display device (all claimed) and solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The multilayer graphene having improved electrical property and conductivity is manufactured using reduced amount of dopant.
