▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive carbon fiber composite material comprises a base material, a toughening material, a plasticizer and functional nanofiller. The base material comprises carbon fiber and epoxy resin. The toughening material is polyetherimide (PEI). The functional nanofiller comprises carbon nanotubes, graphene and/or conductive carbon black. USE - As conductive carbon fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the thermoplastic resin polyetherimide to enhance and toughen epoxy resin, and utilizes functional nanofiller to effectively enhance electrical and thermal functional properties of composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite material, involving (i) dispersing functional nanofiller in a solvent and ultrasonically treating to obtain a functional nanofiller dispersion solution, (ii) adding polyetherimide and plasticizer to the obtained solution, stirring, ultrasonically treating to obtain a mixed liquid and spinning to obtain a dry fiber, and (iii) mixing the above dry fiber with carbon fiber to obtain a mixed fiber, superposing mixed fibers and carrying out vacuum-assisted forming to obtain the product.
