NOVELTY - A copper conductive contact modifying method comprises mixing 0.1-0.2 wt.% graphite powder and 0.2-2 wt.% hydrophilic surface active agent, and adding to water to form a mixture; heating mixture in water bath to obtain thesuspension; putting suspension liquid to centrifugal separation, removing supernatant liquid to obtain thick graphene slurry, taking out slurry and draining; plasma cleaning copper conductive contact surface, uniformly coating graphene slurry on electrical contact, putting into the vacuum drying box, and drying; calcining conductive contact for 450-550 degrees C for 1-3 hours, heating to 700-900 degrees C, putting conductive contact into hot-pressing mold for hot pressing under vacuum state and action of gas, and pressing head in heat pressing mold at 1050-1083 degrees C; and cooling copper-based conductive contact after hot pressing, and forming with layer of compact graphene coating. USE - Copper conductive contact modifying method. ADVANTAGE - The method improves thermal conductivity anti-electric arc erosion resistance of copper-based conductive contact.
