NOVELTY - The device has a graphene thin film (1) attached to an optical fiber head (2). A graphite chuck is provided for reusable usage of saturated absorbent combined with amplitude or phase modulation mold for realizing mixed mode-locked process for laser. USE - Graphene based device for performing mode-locked process for solid laser or space laser (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device is provided with low absorption intensity, and ensures fast recovery time and adjustable modulation depth. The device is low in cost.
