▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite material based on Tesla valve comprises introducing aluminum oxide powder from the reverse of tesla valve pipe, silicon dioxide powder, and preparing the matrix material by physical vapor deposition method; and introducing graphene powder from a forward direction of the TESLA valve pipe and silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, and silicon oxide powder to prepare graphene composite materials by physical vapour deposition method. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite material based on Tesla valve, which is useful in a vacuum high temperature sintering mold. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite material has excellent high temperature stability, simple structure, light weight, high temperature oxidation corrosion and various harsh environments, and the structure is simple, the thickness is thin, the weight is light and suitable for strong current environment such as various circuits.
