▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified aluminum alloy material comprises 2-2.4 wt.% copper, 0.01-0.02 wt.% manganese, 0.02-0.05 wt.% magnesium, 0.001-0,008 wt.% zinc, 0.002-0.009 wt.% nickel, 0.001-0.006 wt.% calcium, 0.001-0.004 wt.% antimony, 0.011-0.019 wt.% titanium, 0.5-0.7 wt.% graphene and aluminum (balance amount). USE - The alloy material is useful in antenna device and device terminal of fifth generation (5G) communication device. ADVANTAGE - The alloy material has high thermal conductivity, improves radiating of the aluminum alloy, temperature resistance, conductivity and light weight, increases hardness and strength, can adjust the expansion coefficient of the material, and increases the application range and the service life of the aluminum alloy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) method for preparing modified aluminum alloy material with high thermal conductivity; and (2) cavity of 5G communication device.
