▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Antistatic finishing process of durable polyoxymethylene fabric comprises (i) adding graphene oxide to deionized water, ultrasonically treating, slowly adding reducing agent, and drying to obtain reduced graphene oxide, (ii) adding reduced graphene oxide into deionized water, and ultrasonically treating to obtain finishing solution A, (iii) adding acrylamide, acrylic acid, photoinitiator and crosslinking agent into deionized water, and obtaining finishing solution B, (iv) soaking polyoxymethylene fabric in finishing solution A, performing one dipping and one rolling, and drying with hot air at 80-100degrees Celsius to obtain a graphene modified fabric, and (v) soaking the graphene-modified fabric in the finishing solution B for 20-30 minutes, performing one dipping and one rolling, where the residual rate is 70-80%, placing under a high pressure mercury lamp for 0.5-1 hour, and drying with hot air at 80-90degrees Celsius to obtain graphene-modified fabric with a hydrophilic resin encapsulated film. USE - The method is useful for antistatic finishing process of durable polyoxymethylene fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method: imparts the fabric with two functional layers with synergistic effects; and utilizes graphene conductive layer and hydrophilic resin sealing film to make the finished fabric have excellent antistatic effect and excellent durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antistatic finishing process of durable polyoxymethylene fabric comprises (i) adding 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide to 80-100 pts. wt. deionized water, ultrasonically treating for 1-2 hours, slowly adding 10-12 pts. wt. reducing agent, stirring for 4-6 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain reduced graphene oxide, (ii) adding 1-2 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide into 400 pts. wt. deionized water, and ultrasonically treating for 1-2 hours to obtain finishing solution A, (iii) adding 10-20 pts. wt. acrylamide, 20-30 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. photoinitiator and 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent into 160-200 pts. wt. deionized water, and stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain finishing solution B, (iv) soaking the polyoxymethylene fabric in finishing solution A for 40-60 minutes, performing one dipping and one rolling, where the residual rate is 70-80%, placing in an oven and drying with hot air at 80-100degrees Celsius to obtain a graphene modified fabric, and (v) soaking the graphene-modified fabric in the finishing solution B for 20-30 minutes, performing one dipping and one rolling, where the residual rate is 70-80%, placing under a high pressure mercury lamp for 0.5-1 hour, and drying with hot air at 80-90degrees Celsius to obtain graphene-modified fabric with a hydrophilic resin encapsulated film.
