▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of micro/nano-structure phosphide/oxide/graphene composite material involves dissolving Gram-positive (G+) bacteria in water, adding a predetermined amount of graphene, transition metal salt and triethanolamine, adjusting pH to 8-10 with aqueous ammonia, stirring at 60-90 degrees C for 1 hour or more, aging, washing resultant product with deionized water and ethanol, respectively, drying, heat-treating dried sample at rate of less than 5 degrees C/minute from room temperature to 600-900 degrees C for 1-4 hours under an inert gas atmosphere or vacuum, and naturally cooling to room temperature. The micro/nano-structure phosphide/oxide/graphene composite material comprises transition metal phosphide/oxide composite material, graphene and an amorphous carbon matrix. The graphene is wrapped on the amorphous carbon matrix, and the transition metal phosphide/oxide composite material is provided in the form of nanoparticles on graphene and amorphous carbon substrates. USE - Preparation of micro/nano-structure phosphide/oxide/graphene composite material used as fuel cell cathode oxygen reduction catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and efficient preparation of micro/nano-structure phosphide/oxide/graphene composite material with high stability, by environmentally-friendly process.
