NOVELTY - Method for preparing biomass graphene heating coating, involves (a) adding 400-600 parts mass furfural resin, 400-600 parts mass furfuryl alcohol monomer, 700-750 parts mass graphene dispersion, 300-350 parts mass fullerene dispersion, 2-4 parts mass melamine, 0.15-0.24 part mass sebacic acid, 0.5-1 part mass oxalic acid and 1.2-2.4 parts mass oleic acid into a reactor together, stirring and preheating at 45-65 degrees C and polymerizing for 30-60 minutes to obtain an alcohol prepolymer, and (b) heating at 86-95 degrees C, reacting for 35-45 minutes, heating at 98-110 degrees C and reacting for 60-90 minutes, reducing the temperature to 30-45 degrees C, adding alkali to neutralize, adding silane coupling agent and evenly stirring, and filtering out the material to obtain the coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing biomass graphene heating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has rapid heat-generating speed which reach 60180 degrees C within 1520 seconds, excellent strong binding force, does not release cost of volatile organic compounds, such as formaldehyde during use, is environmentally-friendly, and non-toxic harmless.
