NOVELTY - Diatomite-based heating element comprises 59-88.8% diatomite, 1-10% graphene, 5-15% polyether polyol, 5-15% polyisocyanate, 0.1-0.5% stabilizing agent and 0.1-0.5% foaming agent. USE - Diatomite-based heating element for heating in winter of a ceramic floor and an insulating material. Uses include but are not limited to an electric heating wire, carbon fiber or electric heating film. ADVANTAGE - The diatomite-based heating element has multi-stage hole structure, large specific surface area, high strength and high electric heating conversion efficiency, capable of satisfying and processing requirements, providing a basis for industrial production, and good application prospect. The method is environment-friendly, simple technique and low characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing diatomite-based heating element.
