▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing composite graphene waterproof material comprises (i) mixing graphene, aluminum hydroxide, polyol prepolymer and diisocyanate prepolymer, (ii) heating and bulk-polymerizing the mixture, (iii) crushing the bulk-polymerized polymer into powder, (iv) eluting the crushed polymer using 30-50 wt.% solvent, processing to obtain porous particle and diluting with a diluent to obtain porous particle solution, and (v) impregnating nonwoven or woven fabric in porous particle solution. USE - The method is useful for producing composite graphene waterproof material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The waterproof material: is suitable for long term use (claimed) and environmentally friendly; and has durability, moisture permeability, light resistance property, abrasion resistance property and cracking resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for construction method of the composite graphene waterproof material, comprising (a) producing the composite graphene waterproof material, (b) adhering the composite graphene waterproof material to the base, and (c) coating the adhered waterproof material with graphene hybrid waterproofing emulsion, where the graphene hybrid waterproofing emulsion comprises graphene, aluminum hydroxide, polyol prepolymer and diisocyanate prepolymer.
