NOVELTY - Plating low friction coefficient lining fluorine comprises e.g. (i) preparing materials, (ii) preparing modified graphene: (a) oxidizing graphene to obtain graphene oxide, (b) dispersing (N,N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane, 3,3,3-trifluoropropylmethyldimethoxysilane, N-methyl-N-trimethylsilyl-heptafluorobutyramide and 3-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane in dispersion, and (c) adding graphene oxide into the dispersion, mixing, and reacting, (iii) preparing modified polytetrafluoroethylene, adding 5 pts. wt. modified graphene, and mixing, adding into twin-screw extruder, extruding into modified polytetrafluoroethylene particles, injecting modified polytetrafluoroethylene particles into sheet of conforming container or pipe, (iv) bonding sheet to inner wall of container or pipe by adhesive, (v) placing poly(furfuryl alcohol)electrode between the gap and sheet, and (vi) welding plates and plates together by poly(furfuryl alcohol) welding. USE - The method is useful for plating low friction coefficient lining fluorine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Plating low friction coefficient lining fluorine comprises (i) preparing materials, modified polytetrafluoroethylene comprises 100 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 5 pts. wt. N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-4-piperidone, 2 pts. wt. 2-methyl-4-keto-N-tert-butoxycarbonylpiperidine and 3 pts. wt. tetraethylene glycol monovinyl ether, (ii) preparing modified graphene: (a) oxidizing graphene to obtain graphene oxide, (b) dispersing (N,N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane, 3,3,3-trifluoropropylmethyldimethoxysilane, N-methyl-N-trimethylsilyl-heptafluorobutyramide and 3-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane in the dispersion, and (c) adding graphene oxide into the dispersion, uniformly mixing, and reacting to obtain modified graphene, where modified graphene includes 100 pts. wt. graphene, 2 pts. wt. (N,N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane, 1 pts. wt. 3,3,3-trifluoropropylmethyldimethoxysilane, 1 pts. wt. N-methyl-N-trimethylsilyl-heptafluorobutyramide and 5 pts. wt. 3-(methacryloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane, (iii) preparing modified polytetrafluoroethylene, adding 5 pts. wt. modified graphene based on 100 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, and mixing, adding into twin-screw extruder, extruding into modified polytetrafluoroethylene particles, injecting modified polytetrafluoroethylene particles into sheet of conforming container or pipe, (iv) bonding the sheet to the inner wall of the container or pipe by adhesive, (v) placing poly(furfuryl alcohol)electrode between the gap and sheet, and (vi) welding plates and plates together by poly(furfuryl alcohol) welding.
