▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nano-piezoelectric element comprises a carbon layer formed using a graphene comprising a honeycomb-shaped planar structure by connecting carbon atoms to each other, nanostructures having a shape grown vertically on one surface of the carbon layer, which form polarization according to deformation, an electrode (e1) arranged on the nanostructures, an electrode (e2) arranged on the other surface of the carbon layer, and an insulator filled between the electrode (e1) and the electrode (e2). USE - Nano-piezoelectric element is used for sensing magnitude and direction of pressing force and friction force (claimed), and as flexible pressure sensor for wearable device having function of measuring breathing or pulse of human body, catheter for vasodilation surgery, and surgical robot arm. ADVANTAGE - The nano-piezoelectric element has improved flexibility.
