NOVELTY - Preparation of reinforcing material involves dispersing graphene and carbon nanotubes into a solvent to obtain dispersion liquid, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone and ascorbic acid into the dispersion liquid to obtain suspension liquid, stirring, carrying out water bath treatment of the suspension, and centrifuging, washing, drying and grinding the obtained reaction liquid. USE - Preparation of reinforcing material for preparing rubber article e.g. screw pump stator (all claimed), used in petrochemical industry, agriculture, national defense, transportation, mechanical manufacturing, medical health and daily life. ADVANTAGE - The method provides reinforcing material for rubber having excellent dispersing performance, and capable of improving the reinforcing ability, and mechanical and friction properties. The rubber article has excellent swelling resistance, and satisfies the performance requirements of submersible screw pump. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. rubber for screw pump stator, which comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 0.1-2.0 pts. wt. reinforcing material for rubber, 1-2 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. antiaging agent 4010 (N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-phenylenediamine), 40-80 pts. wt. high wear-resistant carbon black N33040 (high abrasion furnace carbon black), 1-3 pts. wt. softener dioctyl phthalate (DOP) and 2-3 pts. wt. accelerator; and 2. preparation of rubber for a screw pump stator, which involves placing nitrile rubber on an open mill for roll wrapping and thin passing, adding sulfur, stearic acid, zinc oxide, reinforcing material for rubber, antiaging agent 4010 (N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-phenylenediamine), high wear-resistant carbon black N330 (high abrasion furnace carbon black), softener DOP and accelerator into an open mill to obtain rubber composite, and vulcanizing the obtained rubber composite.
