NOVELTY - The method for producing UV-curable graphene conductive ink, involves dispersing graphene oxide in absolute ethanol, adding aniline, placing ammonium persulfate in perchloric acid aqueous solution, adding trimethylolpropane triacrylate, ethylene glycol and chlorinated rubber liquid, adding benzophenone and triethanolamine, adding acrylate polyol, methyl ethyl ketone and polyethylene microcrystalline wax, uniformly stirring, adding fumed silica and graphene/polyaniline composite conductive powder and uniformly stirring to obtain final product. USE - Method for producing UV-curable graphene conductive ink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical production of UV-curable graphene conductive ink with excellent product printability and solvent resistance according to QB/T2023-1994 standard, viscosity of 30000-50000 mPa.second/25 degrees C, fluidity of 30-50 mm/25 degrees C, excellent scratch resistance, excellent adhesion resistance, and does not generate waste during synthesis process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for producing UV-curable graphene conductive ink, involves dispersing graphene oxide in absolute ethanol by ultrasonic dispersion, adding aniline and uniformly mixing under magnetic stirring to prepare solution (I), placing ammonium persulfate in perchloric acid aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain solution (II), dripping solution (II) in solution (I), maintaining the reaction at 0-40 degrees C for 1-3 hours, finally, suction filtering, washing with distilled water, vacuum drying and crushing to obtain graphene/polyaniline composite conductive powder, adding acrylic resin, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, ethylene glycol and chlorinated rubber liquid to reactor, placing the reactor in reflux condenser, adding cooling water, stirring, adding benzophenone and triethanolamine, heating at 60-80 degrees C, continuously heating, stirring for 2-4 hours, heating at 30-40 degrees C, adding acrylate polyol, methyl ethyl ketone and polyethylene microcrystalline wax, uniformly stirring, finally, adding fumed silica and graphene/polyaniline composite conductive powder and uniformly stirring to obtain final product.
