▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-based nano-composite, is prepared by mixing metal catalyst and graphite oxide and heating to catalyze and grow the nano-wire in situ, reducing the graphite oxide into graphene and obtaining the nanocomposite of the nano-wire and graphene. USE - The graphene-based nano-composite is used for manufacturing carbon nano-tube, silicon, silicon carbide or other nano-wires, and in lithium ion battery, super-capacitor, solar battery, sensor, catalyst and other fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the above-cited graphene-based nano-composite, which involves (a) mixing the graphite oxide with metal precursor in a liquid phase, loading the metal on the graphite oxide, adding reduction raw materials during heating up and reducing the graphite oxide into the graphene, and catalyzing and growing the nano-wire by metal to prepare the nanocomposite of the nano-wire and the graphene, or (b) preparing graphite oxide by a chemical oxidation method through using graphite as raw material, mixing the metal salt and graphite oxide in the liquid phase to obtain a graphite oxide-loaded metal catalyst, heating up and reducing the graphite oxide into graphene, adding carbon or silicon source in the procedure, and catalyzing and growing the nano-wire by metal to obtain the nano-composite composed of the graphene and nano-wire.
